Team

Robert Solnick, AACI, P.App

Principal

Robert has prepared appraisals, conducted technical reviews, and provided consulting on a wide array of real estate matters on behalf of legal counsel, developers, investors, private and public entities, financial institutions, and government agencies. Robert has been qualified as an expert witness at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Land Tribunal, and in various private arbitration matters.

Robert is an Accredited Appraiser (AACI) with the Appraisal Institute of Canada, and a member of the Ontario Expropriation Association. He previously worked with appraisal teams at Cushman & Wakefield, Altus Group, and Integris Real Estate Counsellors. He holds a Diploma in Urban Land Economics (DULE) from the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business, a Diploma in Real Property Administration (Assessment and Appraisal) from Seneca Polytechnic, and a Bachelor of Arts from Western University.

Alastair Wishart, B.A. (Hons), M.Sc., AACI, P.App

Senior Director

Alastair has over 20 years of experience providing professional valuation and advisory services on behalf of a range of clients, including legal counsel, developers, financial institutions, investors, and private and public entities. Alastair has given evidence in various private litigation and mediation matters and has presented evidence in the Ontario Superior Court, discussing urban planning issues in the context of a valuation dispute.

Alastair is an Accredited Appraiser (AACI) with the Appraisal Institute of Canada, and a member of the Ontario Expropriation Association. He previously worked with appraisal teams at Cushman & Wakefield, Altus Group, and was a Partner at Integris Real Estate Counsellors. He holds a Diploma in Urban Land Economics (DULE) from the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business, and a Master of Science (Planning)  and a Honours Bachelor of Arts from the Univserity of Toronto.
